Melinda - Practice Manager
Team member since 1996
I'm a California native. I moved to Arizona and started working at Oasis Animal Hospital in December of 1996. I have a beautiful daughter who is an animal lover like me. I have 3 dachshunds and 2 cats that run my household. In my spare time, I love pet sitting and traveling. Animals have always been my passion and I feel blessed to be able to give back to them on a daily basis.
Cassie - Operations Manager

I'm originally from Salinas, CA. I live in Gilbert with my partner, Danny. We have one dog (a Chihuahua mix named Guppie) and one cat (a Bengal named Frank). I love all the small breed dogs! I've been in the veterinary field for almost 20 years; I couldn't imagine doing anything else. I love advocating for my patients and client education. When I'm not working I enjoy traveling, craft cocktails/beers, and I love a good coffee shop.

I was born into a family of animal lovers, therefore I always knew I would want to work with animals. I have interests in Dermatology and Neurology. I love that everyday in veterinary medicine is making a difference in a pet and their family's lives.

My passion in working with animals has grown since I was a kid. Working in Veterinary Medicine gives me a purpose to help pets and advocate for them. Currently, I'm a mom to my three cats: Jax, Abel, and Arya; as well as to my son Mateo.

Ever since I was young, I have always wanted to work with animals. I currently have a ball python named William Snakespeare (no, that is not a typo) and a fiesty chihuahua mix named Junior.

When I was a kid, I swore I would work in the vet field. I've been in it since I was sixteen and don't regret a second of it! Since starting I have acquired a few pets of my own: Icarus and Circe, tuxedo cats; Eurydice, a dilute tortoiseshell cat; and Odysseus, a chihuahua. I wouldn't trade them for anything.

I was born and raised on a farm in New Jersey and grew up with lots of animals, including cows. I moved to Arizona in 2018 and decided to pursue a career as a vet tech. My favorite dog breed is the Golden Retriever, and I even have one of my own named Max.

I'm a Gilbert native and currently attending ASU with plans to apply to veterinary school. I have a Golden Retriever-Collie mix named Duke and a kitten named Mitten.

I was born and raised in Chandler. Started in the veterinary field approximately 15 years ago as a CSR, and moved up from there. I have a sweet spot for all senior dogs or cats. Also, an obnoxiously avid New York Giants fan.

I was an Animal Planet kid growing up. My favorite animals are owls, foxes, and tigers. Ever since I was a kid, I've always had a dog in my house. I currently have four at home! My passion for my job comes from the heart and I try to put everything into what I do. In my spare time, I'm usually writing personal projects, even having self published three books.
