What does this mean to you? 1. We will have abbreviated hours for the week of March 18th-22nd. We will see appointments and do procedures, but many days the staff will be in training on the new software. Hours will be limited. 2. More intelligent reports, medical records and enhanced client communication. 3. More efficient use of doctor and staff time. We hope to be able to capture information in a more “real-time” manner, allowing better care for your pet. One aspect of this enhancement will be the installation of a “White Board” in the treatment area where all patients care can be monitored and reminders set so that hospital care can be given in a timely manner.
This is a huge undertaking. In construction sites I frequently see signs like, “Pardon our dust”. Well, we ask for your patience as we learn the new system. The results will be well worth it!
