Trevor Tenney, DVM

Dr. Trevor Tenney was born and raised in Arizona. He attended Arizona State University with the intention to apply for medical school. He changed paths, however, after working at Oasis Animal Clinic and realizing his love for helping both pets and their owners. He attended veterinary school at Texas A&M University and graduated in 2016. While in veterinary school, he was selected to be a military veterinarian in the U.S. Army Veterinary Corps. After graduating from veterinary school, he was stationed in Fayetteville, North Carolina for a one-year military internship. He was then shipped overseas to serve near Tokyo, Japan for three years and Daegu, South Korea for one year. While in the Army, he took pride in providing first-class care to Military Working Dogs. After five years in the military, Dr. Trevor returned to Arizona and back at Oasis Animal Hospital. He is motivated by the human-animal bond and his role as a veterinarian to foster that relationship. His professional interests include service/working animals, dermatology, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with his German Shepherd, Strider.
